CandidateRoom was built by people who have sat on both sides of the table — hiring for international teams for twenty years, and being interviewed for roles that mattered.
Why we built it
Most candidates lose interviews they could have won: not for lack of experience, but because they discover the questions, the pressure and their own tics on the day. Athletes rehearse. Lawyers moot. Candidates, until now, rehearsed in front of a mirror.
What it is
A video recruiter, driven by AI, that reads your resume, the posting and the company, then runs the interview you are about to face — with real follow-ups. Then an honest, structured debrief: a score per question, what to fix, a model answer built from your own background, and what your body language said.
What it is not
Not a hiring prediction, not a way to get answers during a real interview, and not career counselling. It is a training room.
