Is the recruiter a real person?+
No, and that is the point. The recruiter is a video avatar driven by an AI trained on how real interviews are run. Compared with a human coach it is neutral (no first impression, no mood), factual (it scores each answer against what the posting actually asks for), available 24/7, and it measures your progress from one session to the next. You get objective feedback on the points that decide an interview: structure, evidence, numbers, follow-up handling, body language.
Is my video recorded?+
No. The body-language analysis runs inside your browser; only the transcript of what is said is used to build the debrief, and it is deleted once the report is produced.
Which languages?+
The whole interview, the debrief and the tailored resume are available in English (US), French (France) and Spanish (Spain). Recruiters have native voices in each language.
What do I need?+
A computer with a webcam and a microphone, Chrome or Edge, and a quiet 30 minutes. Phones work for voice-only interviews and for reading your debrief.
Can I get a refund?+
If a technical problem prevented your interview, write to us within 7 days and we refund or re-credit it, no questions asked.
