The service
CandidateRoom provides simulated job interviews with an AI interviewer, feedback reports and résumé rewriting, for practice purposes only. It is not career counselling, and no outcome with any employer is promised or implied.
Purchases
Packs are one-time purchases in US dollars, converted to your currency at checkout by Stripe. Credits are valid for the period shown at purchase (30 or 60 days) and are personal and non-transferable. Prices include applicable taxes where the law requires it.
Refunds
If a technical problem on our side prevents an interview, we refund or re-credit it on request within 7 days. Interviews that were completed are not refundable.
Acceptable use
You agree to upload only your own résumé and information, and not to use the service to impersonate someone else or to obtain answers during a real interview.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
